Laboratory Confirmation When Needed

Rapid urine drug screens are designed as an initial screening tool.

If a screening result is preliminary positive, we can facilitate confirmation testing through our certified laboratory using highly specific analytical methods.  This two-step process provides additional confidence before any final action is taken. The manufacturer states that preliminary positive results should be confirmed by a certified laboratory using these methods.

Benefits for Medical Offices and Employers

The OneStep+ Rapid Urine Test Cup offers several advantages for medical office and workplace drug testing:

The OneStep+ system is designed as a self-contained collection device that is well suited for forwarding preliminary positive specimens for laboratory confirmation.  Preliminary positive results are not diagnostic and should be confirmed using an appropriate laboratory confirmation method before any employment or clinical decisions are made.
