For sexually transmitted diseases, the following medical laboratory screening tests are recommended as part of the Express Lab Continuous Health Fair wellness program. Make sure to consult your physician with any screening test results of concern.

The list below includes screening tests which are not intended to be diagnostic. A copy of the results will be available for you to take to your doctor, if necessary.
- Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) 1 & 2 (IgG)
- Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas
- Treponema – Syphilis (RPR)
- HIV 1 & 2
Important Notification
In the case of sexually transmitted diseases, the State of Idaho requires notification for physician follow-up by law.
