DIABETES MAINTENANCE
The diabetes family of diseases includes Insulin Resistance, Pre-Diabetes, Hypoglycemia, and Hyperglycemia. The following medical laboratory screening tests are recommended as part of our Continuous Health Fair wellness program. Tracking the results of these medical laboratory screening tests will help establish baseline information and identify trends including areas that may need attention. We encourage you to always consult your physician with any results of concern.

In the list below, a “Panel” is a group of screening tests which are not intended to be diagnostic. A copy of the results will be available for you to take to your doctor, if necessary.
- Glucose – Blood Sugar
- Hemoglobin A1C – 3-month blood sugar
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
- Lipid Panel
